Tailored to fit your lifestyle, they are available outside regular times.
Online mental health sessions can improve overall well-being, with the efficacy of online therapy as clearly examined as in-person therapy.
Online counselling has no wait lists, making it affordable, private, and highly accessible.
Like traditional in-person sessions, you control what you want from the session and what you want to discuss.

One-Off Sessions
One-off online sessions are designed to explore your emotional and spiritual well-being.
We combine our mental health knowledge with metaphysical healing techniques to enhance the session.
We use talk therapy but also address specific concerns and energetic imbalances by using insights from energy medicine and alternative and herbal medicine.
After the session, you will receive a personalised box with custom alternative remedies and an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) exercise to support empowerment, energy flow, and release of emotional blockages.

Based on our previous experience within hospitals and psychiatric facilities, we have seen the impact of the biomedical model on individuals, their mental health, and self-identity. Counsellors use talk-based therapy to help people who have personal concerns such as relationship issues, grief, substance abuse or anxiety. Counsellors will listen to your story and, provide an objective, unbiased look into your life and goals, and provide new insights to help you grow. Mental Health Counsellors are specifically trained to assess and address mental health problems and concerns, from stress to addictions to struggles with your body or self-image and anxiety and mood conditions.

Mental Health Counsellors provide information and advice, health-related information, early intervention for at-risk people, and referral to health services. Counsellors cannot prescribe medication and do not provide a diagnosis.

Complementary Health Therapists treat patients with physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional needs by considering the whole person rather than focusing on specific symptoms and using various therapies, techniques, and practices. Complementary therapists will assess clients to determine the nature of their illnesses or problems and develop and implement treatment plans using interventions such as homeopathic and herbal medicine and dance, drama, and music therapies. Complementary therapists will provide lifestyle advice and guidelines, prescribing natural medicines, such as herbal and mineral extracts, to stimulate the body's capacity for self-healing.
